Hey 👋 I’m Nick.

I spent 15 years in operations across the tech space in New York and California. My job was solving workflow problems—figuring out why things broke, building systems that scaled, and making sure teams could move fast without everything falling apart.

01 — OBSESSION

Along the way, I became obsessed with how tools actually work for the people using them. Not just whether something functions, but whether it feels right.

Clear interfaces. Predictable behavior. Workflows that make sense the first time you use them.

02 — BUILDING

That obsession eventually led me to building products myself. I wanted to create tools with the same care I'd always wished the software I used had—designed for real operators, not just built to check a feature box.

TaskLoops is the result. It's a set of bulk operation tools for monday.com that I would have wanted on my desk for the last decade: safe, intuitive, and built with the user experience as a priority—not an afterthought.

03 — PHILOSOPHY

I'm not here to build something flashy. I just want to make monday.com operations a little less stressful for teams like the ones I've spent my career working with.
